New Digital Boring Solutions

The ease of use of KAISER digital boring tools alone helps to reduce human error – and the return on investment in digital boring will differ from shop to shop. But thanks to all of the conveniently carried over design features, it’ll be faster than you think. Like your cell phone or computer, it won’t be long until you wonder how you ever lived without a digital interface.

Expanded BIG Daishowa Tool Holder Programs

BIG Daishowa’s newest solution in extended reach arbor technology, the Smart Damper (Pat. P), features a unique dynamic damping system that eliminates vibration and instantaneously reduces chatter in deep hole finish boring and extended reach face milling. Additional tool holder expansions include micro-tap and large-tap solutions in the Mega Synchro Tapping Holder series, the new Hydraulic Chuck Super Slim line and the Mega Micro Chuck 8S.

Setup Reduction Solutions

Speroni MAGIS Tool Presetting & Measuring System with all the bells-and-whistles will be on display – demonstrating how easy and affordable it is to take your tool setup offline and digitally transfer tool & part data to your machine tool control. And for inside your machine – the newest Unilock zero-point workholding additions shown will be Riser Chucks for 5-axis or 3+2 setups, Automation Chucks and even our new vibration damping ROC® Mineral Cast tombstones equipped with Unilock chucks for HMC setups.

Additional Tooling Solutions

And as we mentioned above, we will also be showcasing some of our most effective and popular products from our existing lineup, so be sure not to miss them! Product Managers, Engineers and local sales support will be on site and available for one-on-one questions. For specifics on all of the other new products to be featured at the show, view our “New Products” flyer here.
