Successful Week at EASTEC 2019

We all had a great time in West Springfield last week. EASTEC is truly a one-of-a-kind event, and it was exhilarating to see more than 12,000 manufacturers all looking for new products and solutions to drive U.S. manufacturing.

In addition to our busy days in the BIG KAISER booth in Building 5, Product Manager John Zaya was a guest speaker in the SME ZONE on Tuesday. He shared best practices for workpiece stabilization and ideas for non-traditional fixturing for machining, welding, and other processes. On Wednesday, our Northeast regional manager, Paul Lewis, joined the editor-in-chief of Manufacturing Engineering magazine to record a podcast for Advanced Manufacturing. Stay tuned for this episode about the challenges and increasing responsibilities faced by middle management in today’s manufacturing organizations.

Thanks to all customers, partners and distributors who stopped by to see us. And a special thanks to the new attendees who took time to visit the BIG KAISER booth to learn more about our tooling, workholding and tool management systems.

BIG KAISER has already renewed our commitment to EASTEC 2021 and we look forward to seeing you there.
