High-Performance Phoenix TC2 Drill

High-Performance Phoenix TC2 Drill is the newest high-performance drill geometry and is our first choice for high volume, production drilling applications. Included in the high-performance design is a split-point geometry with a four-facet grind leading to low cutting forces and self-centering capabilities.

The two-margin design accounts for many of the common challenges found when drilling materials such as Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Inconel. This geometry is available in 7 different flute lengths with a diameter range of 1.00 mm to 10.00 mm. All tools are equipped with internal coolant and a modern AlCrTiN based coating.
